Unlike traditional martial arts, Krav Maga focuses on neutralizing threats as quickly as possible, often through aggressive counterattacks and targeting the most vulnerable areas of the body. One of the key principles of Krav Maga is simultaneous defense and attack—intercepting an attack while delivering a counterstrike.
